She holds a BSc Honors in Business Administration (University of Wales, UK), a Graduate Diploma in Economics (London School of Economics), and a UGC-approved PGDM in Counseling Psychology - a combination that allows her to blend global perspective with deep understanding of human behavior. Before moving into counseling, Mrs. Raj spent over nine years in the corporate sector in Dubai, working across marketing, business development, and human resources. Her professional experience with people from diverse backgrounds gave her a strong foundation in communication, empathy, and motivation. After resettling in India, she transitioned into the education sector and began working as a career counselor at her family-run CBSE-affiliated school, guiding senior students through academic planning, personal growth, and career exploration. This passion led her to establish Sanctum Global Career Counselling and Study Abroad Services — a space designed to be a true sanctum, meaning “a safe place.” Mrs. Raj believes in shaping careers the right way by offering personalized guidance rooted in empathy, understanding, and purposeful direction, helping every student move forward with confidence and clarity.
